LISA METZ

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Lisa joined Wilshire Capital in 2018 with a focus on marketing and communications concerning the acquisition, management, and development of multi-family, office, and retail opportunities in major markets in the Western United States.

Currently, Lisa concentrates on all operational activities and setting strategic goals. She monitors the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress. She manages procurement processes and resource allocation, to promote profitability. Lisa ensures that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations while providing support to finance and business relations as needed.

Prior to joining Wilshire Capital, Lisa focused on construction project management for primarily single-family residences. She subsequently formed a management company that provided consulting for all aspects of managing real estate, including due diligence, corporate and civic compliance for ownership, accounting, coordination of property management, value-add projects, and investment strategy.

Lisa received a B.A. in Language Studies and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2005, and an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2013.

When Lisa is away from work, she enjoys watching movies, reading, and spending time with her pets. As a polyglot, she spends time brushing up on her French, Spanish, and German through foreign films and books.
