KAREN OROZCO

FINANCIAL ANALYST
Karen creates financial models to evaluate potential new development or investment opportunities. These models include project and portfolio level performance and debt/equity financing opportunities. Karen monitors and analyzes specified commercial and residential real estate conditions using market research, financial, and economic data in an effort to capitalize on any positive shifts or mitigate future risk. Based on market assessment, she contributes to the development of our forward-looking and proprietary perspectives on our current and future investments’ anticipated performance. Karen also creates financial models to evaluate property investment exit strategies with operating costs/revenue and income streams and in turn evaluate the risk in portfolio decisions, project potential gains/losses, and determine how to limit potential volatility by hedging investment diversification. 

Karen is also responsible for tracking the company's financial performance and rigorously analyzing our business performance and market conditions in order to create forecasting models and help senior leadership make tactical and strategic decisions.

Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles. 

When she is away from numbers and reports she enjoys pyrotechnic design, avian ecology, and robotics.
